About Us
Kukielka Produce is a family-run agricultural business located in Vanessa, Ontario. For more than 40 years, our family has worked the land, developed practical growing expertise, and built lasting relationships throughout the agricultural industry. What began as a specialized ginseng operation has evolved into a diversified farming and agricultural services company serving wholesale, export, and re-export markets across North America and Asia.
Throughout that growth, our approach has remained consistent: understand the land, invest in dependable equipment, maintain careful control over every stage of production, and deliver products our customers can purchase with confidence.

From Ginseng Roots to Diversified Agriculture
North American cultivated ginseng remains an important part of our operation and the crop upon which much of our expertise was built. Over the years, we have expanded our production to include organic and conventional corn, organic and conventional soybeans, organic and regular sweet potatoes, organic sweet peppers, and field-grown tomatoes, including San Marzano and Roma varieties.
Diversifying our crops has allowed us to make better use of our farmland, equipment, and agricultural knowledge while responding to the changing needs of wholesale buyers, processors, retailers, and international markets. Although every crop presents different challenges, each receives the same attention to soil conditions, planting, crop protection, harvest timing, handling, and storage.

Quality at Every Stage
Quality does not begin at harvest. It starts with field selection, soil preparation, seed and root stock, responsible growing practices, and regular crop monitoring throughout the season.
As a member of the Ontario Ginseng Growers Association, we follow established industry standards and apply that same disciplined approach throughout our broader produce operation. Our farmland and partner growing sites are inspected regularly, with staff reviewing cultivation, washing, drying, grading, packaging, and handling practices at key stages of production.
By staying closely involved from the field through post-harvest processing, we are able to provide greater consistency, dependable product quality, and the traceability expected by today’s commercial buyers.

More Than a Produce Grower
Our experience has also shown us how important reliable equipment and efficient crop handling are to a successful agricultural operation. Kukielka Produce is an authorized dealer for Durabelt and Broekema agricultural conveyor and crop-handling equipment, providing equipment sales, parts, installation, service, and practical support for growers and agricultural businesses.
Because we work with agricultural equipment in our own operation, we understand the challenges our customers face during planting, harvest, processing, and storage. Our recommendations are grounded in hands-on experience and focused on finding practical solutions that keep products moving and operations productive.

Built on Long-Term Relationships
Agriculture is built on trust. Our customers need to know that their products will be grown, handled, and delivered with care. Equipment customers need practical advice, responsive service, and access to parts when timing matters most.
We approach every relationship with those responsibilities in mind. Whether we are supplying premium produce, preparing a shipment for export, sourcing conveyor components, or servicing crop-handling equipment, our goal is to be a knowledgeable and dependable partner.
After more than four decades on the land, Kukielka Produce continues to combine traditional farming values with modern production methods, specialized equipment, and an ongoing commitment to quality.
